This page is a showcase of some of the social work I completed whilst employed at magic circle law firm, A&O Shearman.

Core Brand

These social posts are all within the core A&O Shearman brand. Work here ranges from singular announcement posts, to social posts used in corroboration with a campaigns launch to help bring awareness to it.

Above is a collection of social posts I designed within the core A&O Shearman brand. These range from singular use posts to larger scale collateral to campaigns.

All-In

These social posts take a slightly different format. All-In is an internal sub brand of A&O Shearman which focuses on overlooked pillars of the workplace such as 'inclusion, wellbeing, social impact' and others. These are aimed at more pivotal topics that require that extra level of care and consideration, such as 'Black History Month, Pride' etc.

One Step at a time

One step at a time was a social campaign for the all-in brand which wanted to let individuals with anxiety that the firm is there to help. It was intended to be informative yet also informal. An approach which would hopefully resonate with people. One of the largest issues anxiety causes in people is the complexity it adds to peoples problems, making a simple problem spiral into a mammoth task. The idea behind this post was to break the information into small bitesize points so that it's a more attainable task for those with anxiety.

Well-being without judgement

This was a recent campaign devised by the well being department of A&O Shearman. 

They were aware of people potentially breaking company policy by using drugs in the workplace. Instead of naming and blaming and making a public criticism of those doing so, they opted for a far more helpful solution. Alerting all colleagues not just those doing so that there are company talks/helplines to help deal with the issue.

The original copy supplied was 'Well-being without judgement'. I personally thought that this could be improved upon, so with the help of the teams chief copywriter we created some more endearing taglines, which also allowed for more creative imagery manipulation in the designs.

Pride grows: a reminder

During pride month, it's important to not only celebrate the adversity and obstacles that have been overcame, but also to remember the suffering people still go through. Although we have came a long way, there is still a long way to go. These social posts were a reminder to all out there about the dangers that those in the LGBTQ+ communities still face.

Recruitment

Another 'sub brand' of the firm is their recruitment sector, which boasts a different design and brand guideliens than the typical core brand. Featuring full colour image and more colourful branding, it's mean to catch the eye of potential employee's.
